Content Policy

This Content Policy outlines what is and isn’t allowed when you submit content to SmartMart (such as reviews, ratings, messages, support requests, or other user-provided content).

What’s not allowed

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or bullying.
• Sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or non-consensual content.
• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, scams, or instructions to commit wrongdoing.
• Spam, misleading promotions, or repetitive/automated submissions.
• Sharing personal or sensitive information without consent.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action if content violates this policy or our Terms of Service.
